Technical Assistance

LDIR offers capacity-building, technical assistance, and training services to organizations and communities. Areas of focus include community-building, community health, dialogue facilitation and leadership development. LDIR staff are supported in this work by a cadre of diverse, skilled facilitators. LDIR also has an ongoing relationship with its sister communities in Flint, MI; Philadelphia, PA; and California’s Central Valley.
